It will usually be thoroughly reviewed by both sides and the studios have to adhere to the contract without changing anything during a striking period. If the studio doesnt adhere. That person strike as well

@evanvocalist @tabanger @DEADLINE to clarify it even more. If anyone in sagaftra has a pre existing contract from before the strike began, they can still fullfill it and wont be considered a scab. But they may need to still get the exemption approved by the union as well. Its very much a case by case situation.
