@delsylvania Yeah the only thing keeping I-35 from being a NASCAR track is that it’s so often traffic-choked since it’s Austin’s only interstate. Driving it in the wee hours of the morning when it’s open… my “friend” (wink wink) has hit up to 98 on it.

In Texas the fastest legal speed limit is 85 MPH.
It’s on TX-130 east of Austin.
So yeah, people do 90 here.
And perhaps even 95 on TX-130.
And we outlawed both speed cameras and red light cameras back in 2019, so you only ever have to slow down if you see a sheriff. 🤷🏻♂️
