@hookskat Talvez🤔 Eu entendo que existem pessoas que estão sofrendo porém isso não vai impedir me de criar boas memórias e lidar com meus problemas. Seja feliz e ajude aqueles que estão ao seu alcance. Comparar sofrimento não me parece produtivo.

@Ceo_Cassio I am sure your perspective on the world is different than mine. We are, in America, very sheltered from the reality of the world. In a way, it is very unfortunate. We tend to think our petty little grievances are world-crushing.

I see religious people in the comments conflating atheism with political ideology. That’s a weak move they use when their arguments start falling apart. Stalin, Mao, and Pol Pot didn’t kill because atheism told them to. 
They killed for power, control, and their own political religions. Atheism has no holy book commanding death for non-believers. 
No verse that says convert or die. 
No promise of paradise for spilling blood. Religion does. When atheists kill, they are going against reason and evidence. 
When religious people kill for their god, they are often following the script. That’s the difference. 
One is built on books and questions. 
The other has a long record of skulls. Thank you.
