@CesarDi68079511 Lots of insurance posts, TX issues too. CA issues I've heard about are fire with homes near canyons, on wells, more remote & places like Malibu which is both fire & mudslide risk. More extreme weather will lead to higher insurance costs.

This is probably the 10th insurance post I've read about Florida property in the past few weeks
