We are seeing PC gaming becoming more obsolete day by day. With PS6(PSSR 3) and Project Helix(FSR Diamond) the value of these consoles and ease of access is outstanding. Path Tracing coming as well to these consoles for less than $1,000 is the best place to play for gaming.

The PlayStation 6 handheld is likely to cost around ~$600 in 2027 You may say that sounds very expensive but the reality is that the PS6 handheld can effectively do base render like Series S but also have next-gen PSSR (FSR5) It'll literally be untouchable at ~$600 for 2 years

The average UK mortgage is £200,000 at 5% over 25 years. Total repayment? £350,000. You borrow £200K and pay back £350K. £150,000 straight to the bank. For nothing. Then you pay to fix up the house. Stuff breaks. You pay insurance monthly. Fees when/if you sell the property. And we act like renting is throwing money away. There is a strong argument for renting.
