@katievscancer @ThanksCancer What you said 👆Get a team you trust. I’ve had to get a 2nd and 3rd opinion, and I believe I’m still alive because I pushed for the care team I trust has my best case scenario as the goal. Also get copies of your test results, consults, pathology etc.

If the newly diagnosed asked my advice, this is some of what I’d share. - Get a 2nd opinion if you want - Ask ?s, demand the time you need from your provider - Continue to live, buy the new shoes, go out for dinner - Speak kindly to yourself What would you add? @ThanksCancer

There is no way for a Gen Xer to explain to kids in 2023 just how essential this catalogue was. We carefully surveyed all the options before making a list. And then we built the anticipation by going back every day, imagining actually getting the gift, until Dec 25th came.

Hello Everyone, this is Libby's husband, Jerit (JR). I am unbelievably saddened to report that Libby passed away yesterday. She was peaceful when she went, and her family was with her during her time in hospital.

By reducing the time between symptoms and diagnosis, we increase the chances for women to start and tolerate treatment, bringing us closer to the goal of #NoWomanLeftBehind. 🩺🧡👩‍⚕️ #OvarianCancerAwareness @WorldGOday
