Their wealth is growing MUCH faster than everyone else's.
And they're using it to outbid you for real resources: housing, assets, healthcare, education and everything else of real value.

Peter Thiel is leaving California if we pass a 1% tax on billionaires for 5 years to pay for healthcare for the working class facing steep Medicaid cuts.
I echo what FDR said with sarcasm of economic royalists when they threatened to leave, "I will miss them very much."

It's an important part of our economy and where our superpower status comes from. US aid isn't just dollars. Its jobs, GDP and global influence.

MAGAs are so disillusioned with their idolisation of Trump, they are missing (either knowingly or not) what basically feels like a complete disintegration of Western unity and alliances that have contributed to the USA being as powerful and prosperous as it has been.
The short-termism and disregard for history is beyond comprehension.

@MichaelAArouet Google was already at a pretty high PE when it IPO'd back then, so upside came mostly from earnings growth and a bit from multiple expansion. I suppose Domino's was a low PE before so it benefitted from earnings growth AND multiple expansion. Valuation matters too

If, according to Israeli claims, Hamas fighters disguise themselves as civilians, why aren’t they referred to as Hamas special undercover forces?
On the other hand, when IDF soldiers dress as doctors, people with disabilities, nurses, or patients, they’re often described as undercover.

A U.S. Defense Official has stated there are No Reports of Damage or Casualties at Al-Asad Airbase in Western Iraq or MSS Euphrates near the Conoco Gas Fields in Eastern Syria, after a Rocket Attack earlier against both Sites by Iranian-Backed Forces. Despite claims earlier by Iraqi Source that 4-6 Rockets had been launched with at least 2 having Impacted inside of Al-Asad, a U.S. Official says that only 2 Rockets were fired and that none reached the Base or its Perimeter; while only a single Rocket was launched at MSS Euphrates, with it also Impacted outside of the Base.
