This is a thread (1/1) I'm not sure how many people remember the 5th Quarter tribute show we did to honor Mike Smith, but if you do, we found out we won an AP award for that show today. It was such a hard day to go on air after hearing the news and I'll never forget...

The Mid-Michigan coaching community has lost another legend in 2020. Longtime Grand Ledge, and Holt, assistant track & field and football coach, Jack Rarick, passed away last night. He and the late Mike Smith were the best of buds and now they are reunited once again ❤️

High school coaches have spent endless hours trying to revamp workouts, create small groups for tracking and follow guidelines for safety. It's frustrating that sport camps, showcases/combines and tournaments that our athletes attend don't have to follow the same guidelines.
