After nearly 11 months since my ACL/Meniscus surgery, I'm returning to sport this afternoon for my first game of doubles pickleball...beyond stoked and huge shoutout to my PT team.

After seeing hundreds of college/pro teams practice, culture is most evident in the "small moments", often in moments coaches don't have mental capacity to recognize. The quick eye roll or sudden glance between teammates, the body language reaction or misinterpretation. While it's a player's responsibility to protect their confidence (their plant/seed), often the environment makes such a difference in how easy it is to grow (soil). Nervous? Good. Nervousness isn’t a problem, it’s a privilege. It means you care, & your body knows something important is happening. Don’t fight it. Welcome it. One day, you won’t get this feeling & that’ll be worse. Nerves mean you’re alive, capable, & lucky to compete.

For so long I've taught athletes about the six sources of confidence, but beliefs actually hold a potentially more powerful place below the "skill of confidence."

Yep, @JamesClear hit the nose on this one. I have often passed on opportunities or found myself more qualified/skilled than a person with a "title" but I've made decisions based on quality of life and controlling my time and it's been a rewarding race.

“Converts performing like equity” means those bonds have performed really well for the holders. Looks like Q1 will involve more converts than straight common stock issuance. I’m sure they will be couponless, but curious if we can get a higher relative strike on the convert. Would be nice to see that limit explored even if it means an undersubscription. @saylor @MicroStrategy @shirishjajodia
