🔹एक चुटकी ज़हर प्रतिदिन🔹 आरती नामक एक युवती का विवाह हुआ और वह अपने पति और सास के साथ अपने ससुराल में रहने लगी। कुछ ही दिनों बाद आरती को आभास होने लगा कि उसकी सास के साथ पटरी नहीं बैठ रही है। सास पुराने ख़यालों की थी और बहू नए विचारों वाली। आरती और उसकी सास का आये दिन झगडा होने लगा। दिन बीते, महीने बीते. साल भी बीत गया। न तो सास टीका-टिप्पणी करना छोड़ती और न आरती जवाब देना। हालात बद से बदतर होने लगे। आरती को अब अपनी सास से पूरी तरह नफरत हो चुकी थी।

योगी सरकार द्वारा उत्तर प्रदेश के सरकारी स्कूलों में 'रामायण' और 'वेद' पर एकपक्षीय कार्यशालाएं अनिवार्य करना, न केवल संविधान की मूल भावना का उल्लंघन है, बल्कि यह देश की सामाजिक विविधता पर सीधा प्रहार है। यह फैसला बताता है कि सरकार शिक्षा नहीं, धार्मिक ध्रुवीकरण के ज़रिए राजनीतिक लाभ लेने का काम रही है। जहाँ एक ही कक्षा में दलित, मुस्लिम, बौद्ध, सिख, ईसाई और आदिवासी पृष्ठभूमि के बच्चे साथ पढ़ते हैं, वहाँ यदि विद्यालयों को एक धर्म विशेष के प्रचार का मंच बना दिया जाए, तो यह न केवल भेदभावपूर्ण है, बल्कि इन बच्चों की धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता और संवैधानिक अधिकारों के खिलाफ भी है। संविधान का अनुच्छेद 28 साफ़ कहता है: किसी राज्य-वित्तपोषित शैक्षणिक संस्थान में धार्मिक शिक्षा नहीं दी जा सकती, और किसी भी छात्र को धार्मिक उपासना में भाग लेने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जा सकता। इसके बावजूद अगर राज्य सरकार अपने एजेंडे के तहत धार्मिक कार्यशालाएं थोपती है, तो यह संविधान की हत्या जैसा गंभीर अपराध है। मैं पूछना चाहता हूँ मुख्यमंत्री @myogiadityanath जी से शिक्षा के नाम पर एक धर्म थोपने की साज़िश – संविधान की हत्या नहीं तो और क्या? परम पूज्य बाबा साहेब अंबेडकर द्वारा निर्मित संविधान ने हमें धर्मनिरपेक्षता, समानता और वैज्ञानिक सोच की राह दिखाई थी। आज उसी राह को छोड़कर योगी सरकार शिक्षा को बहुसंख्यकवाद की प्रयोगशाला बना रही है। भीम आर्मी, आजाद समाज पार्टी (कांशीराम) का स्पष्ट मत है कि अगर किसी विषय पर कार्यशालाएं होनी ही हैं, तो वे संविधान, मौलिक अधिकारों, वैज्ञानिक सोच, सामाजिक न्याय, और नागरिक जिम्मेदारियों पर आधारित हों। बच्चों को आत्म-सशक्तिकरण, समानता, और कानूनी अधिकारों की जानकारी दी जाए। उन्हें अनुच्छेद 51(A) के अनुसार तर्कशील, वैज्ञानिक व मानवतावादी दृष्टिकोण विकसित करने की प्रेरणा दी जाए। यदि धार्मिक या सांस्कृतिक विषय शामिल किए भी जाएं, तो उसमें ‘सर्वधर्म समभाव’ हो और बच्चे की पसंद व धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता का पूर्ण सम्मान किया जाए। शिक्षा का उद्देश्य धर्म प्रचार नहीं, विवेकशील नागरिकों का निर्माण होना चाहिए। यही भारत की आत्मा है, यही संविधान की पुकार है।
