Seriously considering building my roofing company's custom CRM as a tycoon game.
Every project would be a real project I have. My agents would handle real customer communication in the game, as well as project req's like subcontract agreements and permits.
Growth and leveling up in the game mirrors my real life business.
This would make me want to play (work) all day

The worst event I run is all union. They have the worst gear and the least qualified people. I have to pay a union guy who plays games on his phone to nudge the union soundman who is asleep during the sessions to change audio levels on crappy mics playing through a crapp in house system. Chicago!

@Changethursday @StephenFleming Depending on where you are, that is a price set by the local union. Trade shows are crazier. $200 plus $100 under the table to actually get someone to show up to plug your booth into an outlet that's sitting right there in your booth.
