@TGS_AERO @SunExpress Another irritation. When checking in online, your system wouldn’t allow me to select my son’s date of birth. For the Antalya to LGW flight, I called and fb messaged @SunExpress, but no one answered the phone/messages…I finally got a response from you….3 days after we got home.

@TGS_AERO @SunExpress it’s laughable that you say phones are 24/7. Because in those 5 days, you didn’t answer once!!! @TGS_AERO in 5 days you did not answer my calls and did not reply to email. How are customers supposed to get help if no one answers. @SunExpress I am owed compensation.

@SunExpress we recently flew SunExpress from LGW to Antalya. Your incompetent check in staff, double tagged our suitcase, then that staff member instructed the sorting team to remove the label. Unfortunately, they removed BOTH luggage labels. So the suitcase was lost (Cont…)

@ASOS_UK I purchased a Tommy Hilfiger bag, it was too small so I sent it back in accordance with the instructions. I’ve never received the refund. I can’t seem to speak to an actual human at ASOS either. I messaged on social media and just get directed to the virtual assistant!

@Eurostar I’ve completed 2 contact forms and made 28 calls ….and I still haven’t spoken to someone about our booking. Leaving Thursday morning and every time I call, after 3 minutes of listening to a robot, the robot says lines are busy and hangs up! Please reply asap!
