Just to warn people to keep an eye on their direct debits with BT/EE!! My father who is a pensioner has fraudulently had two lots of phone lines and two lots of broadband, when we only ordered one! This comes to over 3 thousand pounds, they are refusing to refund the full amount as it’s his fault he didn’t check his direct debits! My father is mostly bedridden as he has cancer and we have to check his statements incase someone within there organisation has scammed him! We apologise for being so trusting BT we never would have thought in our wildest dreams that you would take advantage of a pensioner but here we are!!! Spoke to a member of the CEO team this morning who could only offer 6 months as it’s my father’s fault! But when I asked for a subject access request the phone went dead ! Brilliant service BT So again please check your bills as you may become the next victim, all because an agent wants the commission! @bt_uk @EE @TheSun @thetimes @MartinSLewis @Offcom

Hi Chantel, it's disappointing to read you're left feeling this way. If you give us a call on 150 from a BT mobile, or 0330 1234 150 from any other phone., you'll be able to speak with one of our guides to discuss this further and raise a complaint about what's happened. If you remain unhappy, you can request to take it further on the call.
