Please check the source. I don't think that US will agree to most of above points. Uranium enrichment and lifting of sanctions goes against Isreal's goals. Can't find any other news source (liberal or conservative) with the above points. I believe different points were negotiated; the ceasefire is real.

USA surrenders to Iran’s 10 point proposal and accepts a ceasefire! USA says will try to negotiate with Iran based on these 10 points for a permanent ceasefire. Iran says Strait of Hormuz will be opened for maritime traffic for 2 weeks and will cease all defensive operations if attacks against them are halted! Iran’s 10 point proposal includes lifting of all sanctions on Iran and withdrawal of American combat forces from the region!

Appearing on behalf of the suspect, her attorney informed the court that the gold chain had been pawned and that arrangements could be made to redeem it and return it to the complainant. Speaking to the media, the actress denied the allegations, stating that the gold chain had been given to her as a gift during a personal relationship and that the cricketer later requested its return after the relationship ended. The Acting Magistrate ordered that the suspect be released on two sureties of Rs. 500,000 each. The court also directed Thalangama Police to take custody of the relevant gold chain and produce it before the court on the next hearing date. The case is scheduled to be taken up again on April 22.

Yes, that's true. However another reason for her suicide is the breakdown of family values in modern society. Her parents separating as she was stepping into her teens and neither parent been interested in her also played a heavy part in this. She stated that she was confused when her father launched a case to stop this, as he never seemed interested in her well-being. That was so sad to hear. The family is the most basic unit of society. SL should take care not to import these values.

Trump has issued positive news regarding the Iran war, and all major markets have reacted positively, with oil futures prices declining. I hope to see a positive day in the CSE as well. However, Iran is claiming there are no negotiations with the USA and that these are fake stories intended to manipulate financial and oil markets. I think Trump is under pressure and has to do something to stop this war without being labeled the loser. Iran has nothing to lose here. I believe Israel has dragged the USA into an unwanted war and put the entire world in trouble. Iran hasn’t done anything of that scale to the world. If this continues, major economies may start engaging directly with Russia and even Iran, which could challenge the supremacy of the USA — all thanks to a war-minded Israel. At the end of the day, Russia and China seem to be the ones benefiting.
