@LFCHelp hey team - the online store is giving me trouble logging in. I’m able to use my credentials to log into MyLFC and the ticketing website but not to the store. “An unspecified error has occurred. Please contact us for assistance.”
@LATAM_PER Trying to complete a payment on the website and keep getting the same error with payments. "For security reasons, we couldn't complete your purchase." I've tried a couple of cards now and get the same error. I'm on the LatAm Spain English site booking tickets for Peru.
@IndinNederlands hi - getting an appointment for OCI applications feels near impossible at the moment. It’s unclear to me when new dates are opened up. With everything booked out, it seems to be that there are severe capacity issues. Is there a plan to rectify this situation?

@WestMidRailway The validators in the compensation form are not working. Who can I reach out to get this fixed? The ticket type field throws a validation error even after being populated.
