Charity Vinyl

So, that's it! Over 13 years with Oxfam. having sold £205,000 of donated music and £150,000 of vinyl. I am very grateful for great support from Oxfam, the many volunteers I worked with and some of the great shop and area managers that I have been grateful to work with and for....

@wolfalicemusic of course, as a total vinyl nerd, my first thought is to not open it to preserve its value, then slip it inside the fantastic gatefold cover that is surely going to accompany a new album.

Peter Hook and The Light did something almost unheard of tonight: playing a set just short of 3 hours long. And not padded out with chit-chat either. Just relentless song after song. Incredible.

Ended up a whole group of ‘em. Hooky 24 and Curtis 10 T shirts abounded. A right old gammony bunch. It got ridiculous when they all got out their phones to video the ‘hits’.

At Peter Hook & The Light. Got 2 caants behind me, with all the PH fan gear on talking non stop trying to talk above the music. Good job PH is loud!

@VanceBulla Dunno. They can’t even see the stage. There’s plenty of space away from people where you can still hear the music. But no, not them.
