@LevarStoney I saw it firsthand in the public schools. As Terry McAuliffe used to say kids are hungry to learn, but they cannot learn if they are hungry. The Dorothy McAuliffe Second Chance breakfast was so important. Funding for free meals at school should be part of the state budget.
