What a weekend! Weather was hot and sunny on Saturday for the Run to the Sea 50k Ultra, running with a fabulous bunch of @HastingsRunners then today conditions were a bit damper for a spot of Marshalling at the @niceworkrun Hastings 5 miler 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

This is Bernie. He very much enjoyed his first ever trail run, at Combe Valley. Took 2 swims, chased some rabbits and scared off a field full of crows. 100% will take him again.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US! 🎈 Today we are eight and we celebrated in style with lots of happy smiles, a whole bundle of pacers and 33 personal bests. We were joined by friends old and new, our first ever event director (he's not really left) and our first Ukrainian refugee (welcome).

Hastings Half Marathon yesterday. The support out on the course was fantastic👌 Leg niggle started playing up after 10 miles, but managed to hobble over the line😮 But a medal is a 🏅😃 Time for a rest I think @HastingsRunners #MedalMonday
