I got to play one of my favorite Anthrax songs “Medusa” on Shiprocked and this Danny Spitz solo was kicking my ass. It was very challenging but a lot of fun. I wanted to share it while the muscle memory was still there. Danny Spitz doesn’t get enough credit for his creativity and unique style. I tried to put my own spin on it.

Follow your dreams, people. Alice in Chains ‘Dirt’ was the first CD I ever bought. “Last Of My Kind” is by far my favorite AIC track of the William DuVall era of the band. When I heard I would get a chance to do this song with Metal Allegiance and William, I worked really hard to do the Jerry vocal harmonies and nail many of the nuances of the song to the best of my ability. It’s an honor to finally meet and jam with William as well as the great Mark Menghi Mike Portnoy and Andreas Kisser. This is something I’ll always remember. Thanks to State of Love and Trust Pod for the video 🙏
