@miami_rick To each their own Rick. 3 days on 4 days off, only 1-2 time zones. Schedule flexibility that allows for even more time off. $394 an hour in the left seat for a US carrier for the tiny little 737 that you look down on.

Florida just passed a groundbreaking air taxi bill. Here’s what it does:
Exempts eVTOL aircraft from FL sales and use tax
Authorizes FL DOT to fund a portion of vertiport project costs
Requires FL DOT to expedite approval of vertiports
Preempts local governments from regulating vertiport design
Prevents local governments from regulating eVTOL charging stations
This bill helps reduce uncertainty, expedite approvals and move things forward efficiently.

@adamgoldstein13 @archer__daily This trying to pump stock with a Tesla connection….lol
English

@miami_rick What will it pay because Atlas rates are lower than most 737/320 rates.

Launch customer baby!!!! Great and exciting news for everyone here today! As for whether or not I’ll fly one? I wouldn’t dare break the Queen’s heart but if life has taught me anything is that you never say never….

Big news! @AtlasAirWW has placed a landmark firm order for 20 latest-generation #A350F! ✈️ As a leading outsourced aviation logistics company, this move reinforces its commitment to maintaining the most modern, fuel-efficient freighter fleet to service its customers worldwide.

@Polymarket Our government is a joke….can you deduct it from the already exorbitant taxes already paid???
English

@thehustlebrosyt It’s all coming together now….the airport is so they can technically “fly” during the Olympics. Gotta have a runway for CTOL ops, because we all know something is up with the VTOL capability.

$ACHR
All pieces of the puzzle will come together.
Adam Goldstein@adamgoldstein13
Yes, @Jason...we bought an airport.
English

@rworms2025 @thehustlebrosyt @TheGoatGains @DylanisDylan11 @the_mister_mack Legitimate concern for Archer investors. Certification requires a lot of flight hours and you aren’t progressing sitting still.
English

Why is archer still not flying… 30 days into the new year and their stock down 10% this month… $achr @thehustlebrosyt @TheGoatGains @DylanisDylan11 @the_mister_mack can’t give us even a little 10 min sunset cruise
English

@thehustlebrosyt @DylanisDylan11 Fighters have a different mission. That’s why they have CTOL and VTOL variants.
It’s a give in take with aircraft design. You give up something when you design an aircraft to support CTOL. Bigger wing surface/more weight. At the cost of what? Maybe efficient VTOL.
English

@CharlieGolf737 @DylanisDylan11 What is the point having ctol capabilities on a fighter jet that can vtol is a similar question.
There is always needs for ctol as part of the design

If I could clip Tom talking right at the 1:20-1:30 mark you will hear CTOL mentioned.
You know - I will admit myself, as close as I do study $ACHR and listen to every earnings call multiple times, there are somethings that still just went under my radar.
Tom talking about why the strength in the landing gear is so important - and to have CTOL in your aircraft's landing options. Whether for safety or saving on the battery drain in VTOL - I am not seeing this as a bad?!
Thoughts on the video or CTOL?

English

This one flew under the radar a bit. A dedicated @FAAnews office for innovation and eVTOL is what America needs to maintain our lead on this front

English

@thehustlebrosyt @TheGoatGains In the last demo they needed a runway. CTOL is not an advantage. VTOL and doing it well is the primary goal. Landing on top of buildings and garages. Let’s see how it plays out. Crickets 🦗from Archers test program.
English

@CharlieGolf737 @TheGoatGains @CharlieGolf737 that is not why they purchased Hawthorne.
What are we going to push the goal post to when Archer does vtol transition?

English

@CharlieGolf737 that was very well said!! are you backing any of them?
English

Right this is a hard one to talk about but feel free to have your say.
I'm just going to come out and say it, because we have all thought about this yet don't want to speak about it.
In relation to Archer Aviation, Joby Aviation or any eVTOL company for that matter.
What holds up this industry if there were to be a catastrophic crash with the public on board.
Yes we have all these safety features.
But things happen.
Airliners, Trucks, Cars, Motor bikes, Helicopters and Rockets - Things happen sadly.
But what is your conviction this industry would survive, or do you think it has a 0% failure margin for the next 10 years.

English

@TheGoatGains @SecDuffy How’s the actual testing and progression of the “aircraft”? All I ever see is this guy shaking hands…
English

@the_mister_mack Well one is flying actual aircraft and the other posts pictures of new airports and partners…there is a hands down clear leader.

What happened to Positive Rate Gear Up?
