Had the pleasure of assisting @NorthumbriaACF on their annual camp for the last 7 days. What a fantastic week it has been and worked alongside some incredible cadets and CFAVS.

Had the absolute pleasure of delivering modules for @NursingCadets with the cadets in @DurhamAcf final preparation is underway this weekend getting them ready for their clinical placements which will take place in August across the NHS in the north @theRCN

Well that’s CCF summer camp all done. Smiles all around the cadets had such and amazing experience and a fantastic packed week of activity’s and training provided by @HQNorth_

Great weekend attending the National Revelry cup , regardless the weather they were all still smiling 😊 well done to all who competed , Durham placed 12th out of 20 teams great effort overall by all involved @DurhamAcf @CorinaHart1979

Was great to support @HQNorth_ on the SCIC at Driffield this week watching the cadets develop their leadership skills and teaching skills throughout the course. Was also good to put names to faces. Hopefully working together again!! @DurhamAcf @ArmyCadetsUK @MrGuyScience

I leave @DurhamAcf to focus on being an SSI in the @CCFcadets after 18 month Dual Rolling. I’ve had the opportunities to run FTX’s & ranges across the county which has got me to where I am. Many lessons learnt & friends for life. I’ll continue to support the ACF whenever I can.

This is it, this marks my final year competing in competition first aid, been a long journey and helped Durham ACF make history last year and also set the national record after winning nationals and interservices 4 times and hope to make it a 5th this year. #onelastdance
