Serial Bilker by the look of it. Had him for the second time, Marylebone high street/lane. He asked for two stops, going somewhere near Sloane Sq. This time, we realised we had seen each other before so he changed destination. He put the window down to open the door from outside.

@benjyhere @TfL @wandbc @jonburkeUK There’s groups that rely on that bridge. Businesses in Barnes have gone bust due to Hammersmith Bridge being closed. All types of businesses. Do that to Putney and what happens there where businesses numbers are higher?
