@BeeNetwork @BeeNetwork so over the tannoy he made an announcement shaming and patronising us, accusing us of nearly breaking the doors. We were clearly in a group and there was no need to keep closing the doors while people were still stepping on.

@BeeNetwork instead of letting us all on in one go. He can see us on the cameras, there was no need to press 'close' each time. Then proceeded to do an announcement shaming us and saying we'll break the doors? All he had to do was wait for the final person to get on to close them

@BeeNetwork Just boarded a tram at St Peter's Square with a group of 5 total to East Didsbury at 19:18- doors were beeping but didnt close, so we attempted to get on. In between each person the driver continously closed the doors, trapping multiple arms/legs/bodies-

@BeeNetwork woman tram driver at Victoria for the 17:50 tram to Manchester Airport just told some young girls they're ignorant for standing in her way. They didn't do it on purpose and even sincerely apologised, but the driver was very rude to them

@MCRMetrolink @MCRMetrolink further to my previous comments, you've now replaced one of the double trams with a single? Why? Its already too busy with the other singles and doubles you had. People are literally being crushed on the trams and you make it worse

@MCRMetrolink people are forced to miss multiple trams in a row because even the double trams get full- so why have any singles at all between 7am-9:30? I and others I know have emailed our concerns and didn't get a response, we don't appreciate being ignored

@MCRMetrolink what's the reasoning behind having single trams on the Manchester Airport - Victoria line during peak times? Full of school kids, 9-5ers, and people who have travelled with suitcases and its always packed to the brim, doors unable to close, and people getting hurt
