@SneKhumaloSA 👏🏻 True. Infact...SAHRC, SERI & Helen Suzman Foundation - are illegal immigrants' BIGGEST weapons against South Africans. These 3 spit in the face of South Africans.
English

@Yknip1 @FabAcademic Exactly. These people "condemning" the fight against illegal immigrants, don't live in areas where spaza shops are the only access to food they have. The same spaza shops, run by illegals, who poison sweets kids consume. Packaging fake & expired foods etc.
English

Problem with y’all are acting clever by silencing poor black people of this country, vele you don’t live amongst illegals & worried about your kid’s safety ko kasi! You never condemned Nigerians selling drugs, they were trending here yesterday & many weeks before but you think we should embrace them for destroying our children’s lives!
Do you think it’s okay to put African failed countries above people from your own village or children of South Africa??? Cause this is exactly what is happening, our people in our villages will die without ever seeing an inside of an ambulance yet illegals are getting the best 5 star healthcare in cities that i as a taxpayer can’t get!
I am a child of a previously oppressed black mother, do you think I enjoy paying high taxes to give better resources to outsiders than my own people???
English

On this Africa Day, I celebrate our continent with pride but also deep concern. South Africa must address illegal immigration lawfully & responsibly, but violence and xenophobia against fellow Africans can never be the answer.
I am deeply troubled by how easily we now scream “Abahambe” at fellow Africans.
We cannot build Africa by hating Africans. Let us protect both our sovereignty and our humanity.
Today it is “them.” Tomorrow it may be anyone who is seen as different, unwanted or inconvenient. We cannot build Africa by humiliating Africans.
South Africa must protect its borders without losing its humanity. Africa must stand together against both illegal immigration and xenophobia. 🌍

The screening exercise is part of the planned repatriation of Ghanaian nationals from South Africa following ongoing tensions involving some locals and immigrants. @Am_Blujay Parents should be reported. Also, is there no After-Care at the school? This security guard should get paid extra for those hours.
English

A security guard at Hayfields Primary School in Pietermaritzburg is being praised after he reportedly stayed behind long after his shift ended to protect two six-year-old learners allegedly left stranded outside school for more than five hours.
The children had finished school at 12:30 but were still at the school gate at 18:00.
The guard reportedly missed his own transport home while staying with the hungry and frightened children until help arrived. They were later taken to Alexandra SAPS, fed by Roman’s Pizza Hayfields, and eventually collected by a shocked family member.
The school says it is now reviewing procedures to prevent a similar incident from happening again.

@todayyearsold True. Also, mine was Javier Bardem & Jeffrey Dean Morgan 😭

@BuzzLifenews R65k? For spousal maintenance? Is that per month or? Tjjrrrrr!!! I understand the child maintenance amount, perhaps that could be increased, especially because the little boy requires specialized medical care.

Estranged couple Phumeza and Shota Mdabe's court battle takes another turn
Estranged celebrity couple Phumeza Mdabe and Mnqobi “Shota” Mdabe are reportedly facing further legal tensions as their ongoing maintenance matter continues in the Johannesburg High Court.
The latest dispute centres around claims relating to Shota’s financial position after he allegedly opposed Phumeza’s application for R65 000 in spousal maintenance and R22 000 in child maintenance for their two children.
In court papers reportedly filed before the court, Shota is said to have claimed that he was unemployed and relied heavily on financial support from close associates during periods of financial difficulty. In a previous reports by Africa Daily, he alleged that internationally acclaimed DJ Black Coffee assisted the family financially by allegedly helping secure a R3.5 million property, purchasing two luxury vehicles and contributing towards aviation studies for one of their children.
However, Phumeza has reportedly challenged some of the claims made about Shota’s finances, maintaining that he continues to earn income through his entertainment career and business interests. Phumeza allegedly submitted documents to court which she claims show that Shota’s companies generated close to R2 million in revenue between May and September 2025.
“Bank statements of the aforesaid and proof of monthly payments reflect substantial income and past monthly transfers earning in excess of R300 000 per month are herewith attached,” reads a statement reportedly contained in the court documents.
The reports further allege that Shota earns additional income through his work within the entertainment industry, including professional work linked to Black Coffee’s touring operations.
Neither Phumeza nor Shota has publicly commented on the latest reported court developments.

Limpopo Traffic Officers intercepted a suspected overloaded bus on the N1 near the Mashishing off-ramp in Polokwane.
The bus, travelling from Malawi to Johannesburg, is licensed to carry 70 passengers but was allegedly transporting 90 people.
Authorities also found that the passenger list reflected only 25 passengers.
SAPS and Immigration officials were called to the scene and investigations are ongoing.
The Limpopo Department of Transport and Community Safety warned that overloading endangers lives and said law enforcement will continue cracking down on violations of road safety laws.
