I really don’t think people understand what 2021 crypto was like. Everyone was winning and vibing. People were tweeting “smoking weed and buying NFTs” and getting thousands of likes. The whole industry was just happy for like a year straight. It’s time to run it back.

Pretty misleading here. “At my peak” is after almost all of the muscle is built. “Up to 750 test” ya, with what else? No mention of gh, which I’ve seen rumored that he ran 20iu per day. Now, even if the gh thing isn’t true, we know you need very little to retain muscle or refine a physique vs. the amount that it takes to grow muscle needed to be over 260lbs shredded. If 750 takes you to his size, and you’re getting beat by Ronnie over and over again, I don’t buy it that you wouldn’t take more. Olympia genes are totally different. Alien. Not the same as anyone you see on the street. If 750mg makes him THAT, then 1000mg would be even more insane, unless he’s a genetic freak in every regard but somehow doesn’t respond to +250mg like even the avg joe would. I don’t doubt at all that he could look like a freakasaurus on TRT for life. I’m talking mind blowing. But he’s completely obscuring the truth for one reason or another.

One of the biggest reasons Bird is betting on the XRPL ecosystem right now is because when you actually look at the onchain activity across crypto, the numbers tell a very interesting story. Solana is doing roughly $20B+ in onchain activity. BNB Chain around $1B. Ethereum over $1B. Base around $1B. Arbitrum roughly $250M. Avalanche around $130M. SUI around $50M. Polygon around $70M. Then you scroll further down the list and you see chains like TON, Hedera, NEAR, PulseChain, Osmosis doing a few million dollars a day. And then you see XRPL… sitting around ~$3M. Now here’s the interesting part. $XRP is already one of the largest assets in the entire crypto market. Yet when it comes to onchain activity, DeFi usage, DEX trading, memecoins, NFTs, and ecosystem speculation… we’re still near the bottom of the list. That isn’t bearish. If anything, it shows how early the XRPL ecosystem actually is. Because if XRPL ever reaches even a fraction of the activity levels we see on chains like Solana or Ethereum, the growth required to get there is enormous. To go from $3M to $1B in daily activity would be a 300x expansion in usage. To go from $3M to $20B like Solana would be almost 7,000x growth. Think about that for a second. And this is happening while: > Ripple continues building global partnerships > Institutions are exploring tokenisation > Stablecoins like RLUSD are entering the ecosystem > New infrastructure and trading platforms are launching > Memecoins and NFTs are starting to wake up on XRPL The reality is that XRPL historically focused on payments infrastructure, not speculation. But speculation is what bootstraps onchain activity. That’s exactly what we’re starting to see now. Memecoins. DEX trading. Liquidity pools. NFT communities. Retail experimenting with self custody. All of that brings activity onto the ledger itself instead of leaving XRP sitting on exchanges. So when people ask me why I’m spending so much time building inside the XRPL ecosystem… Why I’m working on projects like $DROP. Why I’m pushing people to explore XRPL memecoins, NFTs and onchain tools. It’s because when you zoom out, the opportunity is obvious. We’re looking at one of the largest assets in crypto, sitting on one of the lowest levels of onchain activity. If that gap ever closes… The growth across the entire XRPL ecosystem could be massive. And that’s why I keep saying the same thing: We are still extremely early.
