OK finally gave in and decided I had to add homebrewing to my repertoire and got a kit. Does anyone have a favorite YouTube channel for the very basics? I want to compare that to the Chinese instructions.

@RealSexyCyborg I'd recommend looking at variety of folks for their recipes. If you want to do hard liquor, go with @ChaseTheCraft and if you want a more all around look at brewing and distillation, go with Clawhammer Supply. Tons of great websites btw. Homedistiller.org is good all round
