@larissastoi @119off61 Whatever is comfortable for you to stick with a routine. Consistency is most important thing here. I personally like 3.5 pace at 12 incline, sometimes I go up to 4.8 pace. If you’re burning 300 calories in 30-45 minutes, that’s an excellent goalpost. Work your way up.
