Having AI write your papers or even heavily assist in the writing totally defeats the purpose of doing research. Writing is an integral part of the research and how one seeks understanding.

That's why most submersible are built with Acrylics, Metals, and other continuous materials, that can actually be analyzed with FEA.
Blaming the accident on FEA is stupid. It was the owner's fault.

@MartinSkold2 I’m a ret Engr. Have found errors in AI calcs I’ve been playing with. Why? Because I do what engrs do, double check with alternative methods. Perhaps that’s why engrs may last a bit longer. 👍🏻

Data centers are becoming the new nuclear power plants. Everyone wants the benefits of AI: faster medicine, better science, cheaper services, smarter tools, more abundance. But when it’s time to actually build it, no one wants it near them. The AI age needs energy, chips, cooling, land, transmission lines, and massive data centers. We won't get the amazing, advanced future (abundance, no diseases, aging cured - we need a TON of AI to achieve this) by opposing every piece of infrastructure required to build it.
