It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that puts customers first. I got in touch with @HotelChocolat as our velvetiser had stopped working 6 days out of warranty. Now they’re sending out a replacement machine as a goodwill gesture. What better way to ensure customer loyalty?!

@hilton74 @francediplo_EN Did you get a response? My understanding is that anyone aged 12 - 17, travelling with vaccinated parents is exempt from isolating in France but needs to do a negative LFT or PCR 24 hours before travel. Children aged 11 and under do not need to do a test. Is that correct?!

@francediplo_EN Hello. Please can you confirm a child who is 15 and traveling with parents who are vaccinated (fully) would not have to isolate or provide a PCR or Antigen test. Many thanks in advance.

@ElmiZils @parcelforce This has just happened to me! Email to say “delivered to a neighbour” when I was at home the entire time and have had no card to confirm which neighbour!!! Suspect no delivery attempted at all as checked with all neighbours and no parcel 🤬

Paid £9k for holiday and was going to rebook to be loyal. No way now, I will get a refund when they eventually respond. @VirginHolidays I expected more...

@VirginHolidays Please reply to the many many anxious people who are being told that they have to pay deposits on June/July/august holidays that we all know we will not be able to take. Other companies are allowing people to postpone bookings and balance payments til 2021. Do the right thing!

@HayleyMc46 @HanRoseShepherd @VirginHolidays Us too! With financial uncertainty I can’t tie up £10k on a holiday that will inevitably need to be postponed. Virgin just want to take our money by any means knowing full well the travel restrictions will be extended. Disgusting customer service.

@Jess_Joy_24 @VirginHolidays Agree! Our holiday isn’t til July but the balance is due next week. Due to financial and health worries we want to postpone til 2021 but I can’t pay the balance and tie up nearly £10k on a postponed holiday right now! What is your advice @virginholidays?

@VirginHolidays In light of the gov announcement that this could last 6 months, I think it’s unfair that you are not advising customers on what to do about paying their balances, especially when lots of people have paid in full and now cannot get hold of you to postpone or refund. I’ve DM’d you.
