@itzzzmeeeee @Vinamralongani @airindia All airlines including air india give a free 24 hour window to cancel without charges. Call and ask for th le cancellation under free look policy of dgca. And then rebook.

@airindia AI1867 GAU-DEL 25 Feb, exit row 11 DEF seats were not securely fitted on the floor and were moving like a chair with misaligned legs. Reported to crew. I hope this was addressed before next flight. This is a huge safety risk with loosely attached seats esp in exit row.

@AmexIndia @cardinsider 20+ year old AMEX customer. High LTV. 100% on-time payment. You lose a cheque and bill me charges. Refuse to reverse. Say I'm lying. Tell me I can close the card but won't reverse Rs.1000 fake charges. So yes I closed the card. #amexsucks

@airindia can you please clarify if silver maharaja club members get priority baggage delivery similar to premium economy? Because your tier benefits don't specify the same and only speak of priority check-in for both silver and gold.

@airindia Why does this not show clearly on the member benefits. Pasting screenshot here again. There is no separate section for priority baggage delivery. Why are you keeping it unclear. In Vistara, silver members got benefits of prem economy incl priority bag.

@IndiGo6E there's a serious flaw in your Blu FF program.
I have registered with first name + last name which is how I book tkts.
But International flights need middle name. Your team says as per "policy" if middle name is added miles not allowed. Most illogical useless program.
