They were older than '09 too, Windows XP, Windows Media Player, some Dreamcast stuff, iMacs pre-iPod. '09 websites were more of a mix between Web 1.0, Flash heavy stuff, and social media. YouTube, Facebook, deviantART, tumblr, Twitter, already existed.
