Sorry for the long message: Idk if I’d say out of touch? Perhaps underestimating the amount of veterans? Or over estimating casuals that will get the sword. So if I were to math- I think the sword will be *fairly* rare. Even for a casual player I’d have to assume would need thousands of hours for 50k (aside from the hat fort events and the more recent garrisons— *if* people are choosing to last minute grind them then why not?) Arena shut down and the people that quickly grinded to goodboy- or cheesed it by sitting at islands shooting at each other got it even if they never previously liked arena haha Dabloons in the past were a very slow grind save for special events (correct me if I’m wrong) me with almost 7k hours has 43k (apparent 265k lifetime, but that includes my season items with and I haven’t missed a season.) I personally don’t care about the sword- I wouldn’t use it often, but think it’s a bit silly if someone else has 43k dabloons and does care, but they don’t get it cause they bought like a few shovels 5 months ago with a dead currency they didn’t know would change. XD no every item isn’t for everyone, but I think you need some solid game time to have that many, and if you don’t and your doing the grind now with more readily available items to sell, good luck to you. Shows you care enough to be included in a limited time thing and that’s your time investment. That being said- I think because of how quickly they implemented this- and the somewhat lack of clarity for a lot of people (I saw comments of people saying they spent all their dabloons on misinformation they got in the grape vine out of panic for the reset.) I think there’s a lot of items that should only got to people for certain things- but there is a lot of grey area with the timing and communication. And again, to have ever had 50k+, I personally think that qualifies you and your time with the reward But that’s my two (and apparently 50k more for the length of this) cents haha

Maliciously using your information gained through the copyright strike to file a police report against you likely falls under that and would be something you should look into and I would be sure to inform any police contact you may receive of this fact. Regarding the false copyright strike against your YouTube video, you want to reference 17 U.S.C. §512(f) which determines that parties that knowingly misrepresent that content is infringing when it isn't are legally liable for damages and costs. She would be in violation of this even as an Australian citizen because YouTube is a US-based company. Precedence has been set for this case in: Lenz v. Universal (2015) Automattic v. Steiner (2014) The same precedent would apply to any reporting or communication that she might have with Twitch attempting to de-platform you. She can cry and complain about harassment, cyber-bullying, and stalking in an online space if she wants, but I challenge her to list evidence of her claims and state precedence showing that someone is liable for killing another in an online video game or that you were actually harassing and stalking her. Running into her in a video game twice would not constitute this. Attempting to hide her evidence doesn't help her case in the slightest and if her claims are even remotely valid, I would assume that she would want to publicly present them. Unfortunately, she isn't doing this and instead continues to misrepresent and misuse reporting tools that serve to protect actual victims of harassment and abuse. It's wild that she is going down this route honestly. She must not be aware of the support and time that you gave to Sea of Thieves streamers and players in Australia that dealt with actual bullying and harassment. I'd challenge her to actually do some research about others before attempting to defame them. Best of luck.
