This is Obi Jackson's Nestoil headquarters in Victoria Island Lagos. It had been sealed since October 2025. It was sealed at first with signages and tapes, some time early this year I started seeing Police vehicles in front of the place. I want to ask how wise it is to shutdown a blue chip company because of debt ? When we can just put a system in place that ensures activities are on and payment is made through a financial medium the company cannot hinder ? Nigeria is not ready to build, all they do is destroy. Owing is not a crime, lack of institutions that can recover debt without shutting down businesses is the crime against our Labour Market.

To appreciate the metric you trying to prove, showing the number of people to a bank branch in each country paints a better picture because Nigeria has a larger population than these countries.

One day, Nigerian roads will look like this. Clean and properly lined, no dust creeping onto the shoulders. VRS neatly in place, palisade fencing protecting rail lines, and post and rail fencing stretching along the countryside. Drivers will keep to their lanes. Street lights will actually work. One day, it will not feel like a wish. It will be normal.

So in her activist mind, Obi that can't even keep a promise of not decamping is believable? So in her mind, Obi if elected can fix the 36 states in 4 years? Someone that couldn't fix a state for 8 years and failed to manage the crisis in LP for 4 years plus.

Allegedly, these people never intended to honour their loan obligations from the start. They’ve simply mastered how to game the system. When I say our leaders are a reflection of us, people get defensive. Frankly, we likely have the worst creditworthiness of any nation.
