Great day on Thursday with this year’s Culinary Classroom team at Campbell Brothers in Woolwich. A tour of the factory to see where our meat comes from followed by a demonstration from the master butcher! The team all got stuck in 👍 @_OCSGroup @Academy_Food_UK @AngelHillFood
