@TXWolf7 Yes if you have the labor, space and skill to handle it I agree 💯. Sometimes you need to be able to easily incorporate a ‘trend’ with chef inspired products especially when looking at Limited Time Offerings. Now if you’re putting chicken thighs on menu -> scratch skins
