If 4 of the 5 assistants leave then that shows either two things. 1. The writing is in the wall that Pope is on the hot seat and don’t want to go down with the sinking ship or 2. Pope is just a difficult coach to work for. I guarantee that they had discussions with Pope about how to do rotations and substitutions, but he wouldn’t listen. He also probably doesn’t listen to their recruiting advice
