This will be a pretty important year for Heliot Ramos in terms of where his long-term fit is in the field. If the defensive struggles continue, they may need to consider a move to DH. This poses a larger issue because he may not hit enough to be a full-time DH and...

@sportslarryk I think Matos will not be chosen in waivers (not because it is bad, I think that at this moment all the rosters are full) he will return to Sacramento. If Oliva or Jerar do not work they will simply be cut, Matos/Gilbert/McCray/Brennan will be ready.

Some really questionable decisions by the #SFGiants out of the shoot. 1-Daniel Susac over Jesus Rodriguez? Rodriguez rakes. 2-Jerar Encarnacion and Jared Oliva over Luis Matos? Matos is going to be around in the bigs a ton longer than that duo. Book it. This move will look horrible over time. 3-The bullpen has a couple of minor league pitchers in it. Couldn’t find better arms anywhere than Gage? Killian? Borucki? Really?
