🇮🇳 Indians are doing this in NZ. I deal with multiple Indian businesses, the ‘owners’ of the business constantly change every 6-12 months. The actual business doesn’t change, just the directors who work in the business. This makes a lot of sense that it is an immigration scam

Think about what happens when there is an abundance of liquidity (dollars/debt). It accumulates in the hands of few. They can only buy so many goods&services. So what do they do with it? They buy assets till those asset turn into bubbles.
