@Cloudwatch199 Ken Paxton has a spine and was wildly effective as AG, which is exactly what caused all the friction with the GOP establishment. Immigration is a key issue he vows to fight for, and he's got the balls/experience to make something major stick.

Notice how nobody is actually defending Ken Paxton( the fat clown ) . Instead, every time I criticize him, a swarm of groyper minion accounts appear with screenshots, fabricated old posts, random gotchas, and personal attacks. That tells you everything. If your argument is strong, you defend your politician. If your argument is weak, you dig through someone’s timeline looking for distractions. I’m talking about Texas. They’re talking about me. One of us has an argument. The other has opposition research.

@0xSwampy Oh, I promise the residents *do* realize it. Any time I see a white person the conversation inevitably hits, "there are so many damn foreigners here, I wish someone would do something about it!"

I don’t care about feeling seen at work. I don’t want to be involved in team-building activities or forced workplace bonding. I just want to do my job, get my paycheck, go home, and read books that make me feel human again.

@KumarXclusive The assignment to a career or role does not imply competence. I've met more sub-par Desi software engineers and physicians in the US than I thought possible. They're the most expensive salary saving method imaginable.

🇮🇳🇺🇸 Are some Indians contributing to negative perceptions of Indians abroad? Issues often debated include: • Immigration fraud and visa abuse • Caste- or region-based hiring allegations • Failure to assimilate into local norms • Corruption, scams, and exploitation cases involving a small minority • Social media behavior that reinforces stereotypes At the same time, millions of Indians abroad are law-abiding professionals, students, business owners, doctors, engineers, and taxpayers who contribute positively to their adopted countries. The real question: To what extent do the actions of a small minority affect the reputation of the larger community? Disclaimer: This question is intended for discussion and self-reflection. It does not imply that all Indians, immigrants, or members of any community are responsible for negative perceptions or actions attributed to a few individuals. @surajyengde

I think the best thing for laid off H-1Bs is to find a F-1 program and file to change status to F-1. The I-539 to F-1 is eligible for premium processing (unless you are from a pause policy country). But getting into F-1 quickly gives you a solid status versus a long pending I-539 for B-2 which is uncertain. You also have a longer runway to make your next plan l, and you stop the clock on your 6 years burning up. All good. And frankly depending on your situation, you might want to hide in F-1 for 3 years until we elect a different President. But H-1Bs before they are laid off and who are entrepreneurial should consider a concurrent H-1B for their start-up so if they lose their day job, they are still in good shape with their concurrent H-1B, although I realize that is a niche strategy.

The last two weeks, I have spoken to several H-1B workers who have been laid off. A lot of them don't realize the LCA adds about a week to the H-1B process. So if you are in your 60-day grace period, you don't really have 60 days. You have closer to 50. The new employer's lawyer has to draft the LCA, file it with DOL, wait for certification, and only then can the H-1B be filed. Avoid waiting until day 45 to start moving on your change of employer H-1B. Start the day you get the news.

@Rothmus That is probably the most un-representative photo you could find of Ethiopia. If you have been there then you know this is a false picture of one of Africa's most advanced countries. When you post crap like this you just undermine your credibility.

OK, so I called back to the city of Frisco and spoke with a either Mickey or Nikki. She then asked if I was a reporter which I said just a concerned citizen and I said that we are concerned about a June 2 5 PM rally that is happening and she said we are aware of it and the Frisco police department are aware of it and I said OK so is this something that is actually occurring or is should I just tell everybody it’s not going to happen just leave it be and she replied they have the right to hold a rally the city and the police are aware of it and that’s that so I said OK so if this turns ugly who’s going to be responsible and she said again, the police are aware of it and they have the right to hold the rally So so I’d say it’s ago!! You’d think all the white people working there would be offended by the name, Rally against Rednecks, but they’re probably paid off too😒 Frisco PD are compromised and I hope someone sues the pants off that whole city!! @DrNTXNews @PlumbNick @Shaleejustme @Jeetyeeter01 @rabbit_rascally @GeppettoFred @evilfeynman @HomefrontBeacon @info_maiden @DeplorableATX @KenPaxtonTX you might wanna look into this

I think Texans should have a statewide cookout to celebrate how great this state is. Nothing but pork and beef on the menu. If these types of meats offends you maybe Texas isn’t the place for you and you should go back to your country. God Bless Texas.

@Mujeet_Singh @Dude_ukn @MyUnveiledTruth American redneck Christians are higher caste than your most dharma'd Brahmins. "I hate those who pay regard to worthless idols, but I trust in the LORD." (Psalm 31:6)

The reality is that a McDonald’s cashier whose bloodline links her to being a Heritage American is a caste above the richest Brahmin in the United States. And, that angers them immensely. So, they try to use classism to denigrate her, because their entire worldview and religion is BLOODLINE BASED.
