@TalkTalk An engineer came on Monday 11th May 26 and confirmed there is an external fault. He said he would escalate it urgently. I sent a DM on Monday 18th May 26 to chase an update, Mandy on X said she emailed the complaints team and told me to email them too. Still no reply.

@bluehost Hi, I cancelled my services on 2nd March 26 & received written confirmation that Bluehost would not charge me further. I am still receiving renewal reminder emails which are unnecessary after cancellation. Please confirm my services remain cancelled.

@TalkTalk @assistTalkTalk_ @ChatTalkTalk @TalkTalkReview @TalkTalk Day 11 without internet & I rely on it for work. Messed around for 2 hrs on chat with no resolve. Replacement router also flashed amber. Complaints manager hasn’t replied since 28th April - very concerning. Turning to X hoping someone will finally send an engineer.
