@LCaro294 Oregano oil didn't do anything for me. I also tried fresh garlic and cayenne pepper. Grapefruit seed extract (Xlear) gave me a little bit of relief, but like I said, the colloidal silver worked the best so far.

@NerdAlert3131 Congrats on your weight loss! I do a similar (cleansing) diet, 1-2x a year. No processed foods, no sugar, no wheat, no soy, no caffeine, no dairy, no alcohol. Makes me feel like a million bucks!

@JoBelleCee Yes, very mild crime (ie, not putting a quarter in the meter while I run inside for coffee) is about as much as I can handle. Hope the weather isn't too soul sucking in your neck of the woods!
