@Wimbledon this really needs reviewing. Tickets show as available, you click and they’re gone. Refresh a few times and you get restricted.After 2 days of trying, it’s hard to see how genuine fans are meant to get a fair chance,when others use tools to snap tickets up instantly.

@wolfandbadger 1st time I used my order went missing. You replied saying you would investigate & I responded I needed the dress for a significant event.Heard nothing until after event, Re’d email to say it is still being looked into. This is far too late. Please sort the refund.

Hi @British_Airways . It’s become such a common occurrence on the EDI-LHR-EDI route that there’s not enough luggage space in overheads. Surely it’s about time that you challenge oversized or excess cabin bags in line with tickets? It’s causing this situation to be laughable

Disappointed with @British_Airways at @TorontoPearson. We flew out with this same hand luggage with no issues, but now BA say it can’t go in the cabin and want $100 - even though it holds our 3-year-old’s essentials. As a loyal BA flyer, this treatment is unacceptable.

@British_Airways We flew recently and paid for Prosecco that wasn’t available onboard. The crew assured us we’d be refunded but it’s now been 10 days and nothing’s come through. Tried calling & emailing with no reply. Could someone please get in touch to sort this out
