In the very next chapter after the “you shall not murder” commandment, the Covenant Code declares that killing a fetus wasn’t murder & that a fetus was property & not a person (a few verses after saying there was no punishment for accidentally killing your slave).

How about "thou shall not murder" ??? The Bible is crystal clear about the value of innocent human life. It’s also clear about wolves in sheep’s clothing who distort Scripture to fit a political agenda.

You prayed three times in moments that actually mattered to you, and all three turned out in ways you hoped for. That alone clearly stayed with you or you would not still be thinking about it.
Nobody can mathematically prove divine intervention versus coincidence. That is true. But at some point you also have to ask yourself why, in the moments where fear, helplessness, and uncertainty hit hardest, your instinct was to pray to a God you say you do not believe in. Most atheists do not pray in peace and comfort. They pray when something deep inside them hopes someone is listening.

Me: Why?
Them: “We sent a letter.”
Me: Tell me what it says — we’re on the phone right now.
Them: “No. We’ll mail you another one. Wait 20 days 😂”
This is peak corporate bullshit and exactly why running a business is such a pain in the ass. You hustle, pay every bill on time, keep perfect credit — and they treat you like you’re too stupid to hear basic info about your own account.
