John Calipari completely reinvented himself at Arkansas, and you cannot overstate what a massive success this season was. • 28-9 Overall Record (13-5 in a loaded SEC)  • Back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances to start his tenure in Fayetteville • Coached Darius Acuff Jr. into a historic, record-breaking superstar  Leaving Kentucky was the best thing that could have happened to him. He looks completely rejuvenated and has the Hogs rolling. 🐗

As much as I want them all rounded up and sent back, if you hire an illegal for a job, you damn well should have to pay them. And if you use ICE to try and get out of paying the bill, you should go to jail.

BREAKING - A woman in Cambridge, Maryland is going viral after hiring a roofing company she knew employed illegals, only to call ICE after the job was completed, with agents arriving on scene and arresting six Guatemalan illegals working on the crew.

@KensLockedIn90 @cta I think it’s more important we call this out as a society, notice how I didn’t mention race though. I just want ppl to see that this type of thing is happening, it’s not normal & we should demand that it stop. Black, white, yellow, brown or red this is unacceptable behavior.

This is not normal, this is not the sort of thing that should be considered normal on public transportation. Ppl get into fights, it happens & that’s fine but c’mon give me a break. Everyday you can find at least a dozen videos like this of ppl fighting on the train or bus.

John Calipari: “We're all in the same boat right now. How about this? You have no recruits. You have no idea who's coming back. You don't have the money you had a year ago. You do not. Now all of a sudden you're trying to keep guys, figure out who else out there wants to come, and who wants to put, like, a bidding war, which we wouldn't be involved in. But that's all there, that we all have to deal with. Then guys going pro, okay, do you think they may come back or not? You're guessing …

Big-time hire for Mark Pope and Kentucky. Keegan Brown is an excellent evaluator and was instrumental in making the puzzle pieces fit at BYU, identified some key talent on Pope's first UK roster. Definitely a step in the right direction.

Wait for the ending. A black guy tossed his stuff into the trunk of an Uber. When the trunk slammed, the Uber thought it was the back door shutting and pulled off. After maybe ten seconds, he realized his mistake and turned around in the parking lot to retrieve the passenger. The low-impulse passenger tried to resolve the situation with violence and learned a very harsh lesson. We are not your punching bags.

I think you’re over‑extending your experience and understating the problems people are pointing out. First, “bullets do weird things” is not a sufficient answer to very specific, concrete questions about this shot. That phrase is basically a way of saying “anything is possible, so don’t scrutinize it too hard.” In a political assassination with major geopolitical stakes, “anything is possible” is the starting point for investigation, not the end of the discussion. Second, using deer hunting anecdotes to declare the Kirk autopsy narrative “100% plausible” ignores huge differences in context: In your examples, you had full access to the animal afterward and could verify what did and didn’t happen internally. Here, the public is being asked to accept second‑hand descriptions without transparent, detailed documentation. You picked one personal example that happens to line up with the official story and presented it as proof that any skepticism is “ignorant conspiratorial information.” That’s not how evidence works. One anecdote doesn’t settle a disputed forensic question. Third, people are not saying “this outcome is literally impossible under physics.” They’re saying: given the caliber, angle, distance, visible impact, and the lack of expected external damage and blood in the footage we do have, the explanation deserves more rigorous, independent forensic scrutiny than “trust me, I’ve seen weird things.” Declaring the story “100% plausible” without access to the full forensic record is just as speculative as the influencers you’re criticizing. Fourth, your argument quietly shifts from “this is within the realm of possibility” to “therefore the official story should be accepted and anyone pushing questions is dangerous or foolish.” That’s a big leap. Something can be possible and still be unlikely, or at least still in need of transparent verification especially in a case where motive, security failures, and investigative control are all deeply contested. Finally, the warning about “psyops,” deepfakes, and shady influencers cuts both ways. Governments, parties, and legacy media have financial, political, and ideological incentives too. Telling people to automatically discount anyone outside official channels because they might be grifters is just another way of disciplining skepticism. The smart response is not “believe influencers” or “believe authorities,” but to demand primary evidence, independent forensic analysis, and full transparency and accept that people will have legitimate questions until that standard is met. So no, pointing out ballistic oddities or investigative inconsistencies does not make someone “batshit crazy” or ignorant of physics. It means they’re not willing to let a politically explosive killing be closed out on the strength of anecdotes and “trust the experts” rhetoric.

I feel compelled to share some insight on the shot/bullet that killed Charlie Kirk. I hate to wade into this conversation, but some sanity is necessary - seeing all the insane BS that’s out there. I’m a lifelong hunter and have shot at least 75+ deer with a 30-06, and countless more with other rounds, as well as bow and arrow. I guided hunting trips full-time for a decade. I have personally seen literally hundreds if not thousands of “kill shots” with high powered rifles. And in this line of work, I studied ballistics, bullet performance, etc. I guarantee I have more first-hand knowledge than pretty much every single “influencer” out there who is presenting themselves now as an expert in this. Two key points: - First, bullets do inexplicable things. Yes, they always obey the laws of physics (no “magic”) but there are just so many variables that an outcome in a dynamic situation is simply not predictable within the range of possibilities. - Second, yes it is quite possible that a 30-06 round (with a soft-point, lead-filled bullet, designed for expansion, as is the case here) would NOT make an exit wound. AND it is possible without a significant amount of external blood loss. I once shot a deer in the head at about 100 yards with a 30-06, and there was no exit. The skin on a deer’s head is thin compared to a human neck, and the cumulative bone-mass on the bullet’s trajectory much less than a human spine. I was baffled about this (must be magic!) until I figured it out. What happened is that (a slow-mo video would have revealed) the head instantly inflated like a balloon, and the insides turned to mush. That’s how it absorbed the bullet’s energy. It looked normal on the outside when I went to retrieve it, but on inspection it was obvious. And there was minimal blood loss (b’c the only hole was 3/10’s of an inch - ie, 30 caliber, as in 30-06 - and the skin closed around it as it sprang back after the shot). In the sickening video of Charlie’s assassination, there is a freeze-frame where his neck did the same thing — blew up (momentarily) like a balloon before springing back. That’s where the energy went. Not rocket science. Combined with a healthy spine (higher on the bone density scale, we are told), the thickness of skin and density of muscles in a human neck, the story we are being told is 100% plausible. I’m not saying I know what happened. Only that the folks saying this is not possible have no idea what they’re talking about, and by spewing this ignorant crap, they are only making things worse. If you are prone to be influenced by such ignorant conspiratorial information, please understand the context: fact is, “influencers” make their money by peddling their influence. Unethical ones do so to the highest bidder. Others have hidden agendas/biases that taint their content. Some are just batshit crazy. Some sow division on purpose, and fling out all kinds of crazy crap, just to stir the pot - to get clicks. Psyops from myriad powers shape our social media. Generating deepfake videos is easy as logging into Grok. It’s not rocket science to gin up a “following” and appear “credible” and “sincere.” The point is, you should not wholesale believe or even give a smidge of credibility to ANYONE you don’t personally know. And even then you have to be careful. The devil knows the more he tries to oppress revival from the outside, the more it breaks out. So the way to defeat it is to divide and conquer, through lies and deception that appear as truth. “The devil comes masquerading as an angel of light.” Be smarter.

What if Mitch Barnhart has actually pulled off the most epic Boss move even Office Space didn't script? Monday has historically moved people out of their current position to an "advisory" position for considerable pay while buying their silence ahem Mark Newman. What if Barnhart was being forced out in a similar way and said sure for $950,000, tickets, etc and predicting the reaction he just played into it? This is not a post about whether you think Barnhart did a good job or a bad job, but about the shady backroom deals.

Charles Barkley says he believes in spanking kids “People talking about you can’t yell at your kids. Yes, hell you can yell at your kids. You’ll whoop their ass too … That’s why these kids are crazy. I’m not going around telling people to beat their kids, but I think if you don’t spank your kids and discipline them, they turn into some of these brats that we got today. I’m not here for child abuse, but how are kids gonna know they’re doing something wrong? First of all, you can’t rationalize with kids, they’re dumber than rocks. They don’t know they’re doing stuff wrong. But when you spank them, that gets the message across because they don’t want that. You can blast me on social media. You guys know I don’t do social media. I don’t ever read any comments. I don’t care what you think. Y’all can kiss my big Black a–,” (Via hoopswire.com/charles-barkle…)
