Chiefs 23-24 season is truly one of the “what would you give up for a Super Bowl” run. A title won on some of the most dogshit process imaginable. They doubled down on that process and had a catastrophic Super Bowl loss after a season filled with fake success and saw outrageous regression in one score games and missed the playoffs after thinking everything was ok. They’re gonna look to triple down on it this year. Of course all of that you’d take for the 2024 ring if that’s what someone’s proposition was to you before that season, but they’ve burned 2-3 years of contention investing more into the nonsense and it starts with Andy Reid above all, as much as people wanna complain about Veach, Clark, Donovan and others.
