Leaders, educators, and community partners came together for the Atlanta Partners for Education Advisory Committee Meeting to focus on one of the most important goals in our district: strengthening early literacy. 📚✨The conversation highlighted Atlanta Public Schools’ Accelerated Literacy Model, a bold, research-based approach designed to improve reading outcomes for our youngest learners and build a stronger academic foundation for the future. From developing an elite literacy workforce to reimagining literacy instruction, speakers shared insights, strategies, and a call to action for advancing literacy across APS.
