$EOSE For those who care, this thread has a short refresher of some already determined facts relative to Viejas and the Fuzzy Panda short report. I don't yet know how the Z3s installed and then tested at Viejas in the second half of the year actually performed. But, what Fuzzy Panda reported was objectively muddled and contradictory on multiple levels. Some people think intentionally. The truth will all sort itself out over time.

I think the best analog is $IONQ did a $1B raise (commons + warrants) in July 2025 when the stock was in the low $40s. Commons were issue at $55.89 with warrants at $99.88. This was marketed to the market as a “premium” raise but in fact was a heavy discount. The stock went on to rally into the $80s following a digestion period. I expect something similar from $ONDS.

Update on $ONDS
It's been 9 trading days since the atrociously expensive financing was done. The buyer has likely been able to sell all their long shares and hedge the delta of their warrants and "lock in" most of the 300-500Mn in profit. The stock never closed above its pre financing price and traded down as much as 21% at one point. I'm done watching the company until they do another financing. I have no idea whether the company can spend the money well or how their fundamentals will evolve. The red flag remains that they are willing to fuck their shareholders to get cash. That hasn't changed. Hopefully I helped you understand the financing and the hedging flows to expect post deal. On to the next one.
