@TfL how do I claim a refund, I used contactless yesterday but the train was cancelled so I tapped back out whilst still at the same station and have been charged £10.40 I logged on and added my card but it shows now travel yesterday, I used Apple Pay

@TfL over £17 for return journey (my mum paid 21) between zones 3 and 4, having in mind we were stuck for 30min on the mildmay line not going anywhere and had to leave the train and station and look for alternative travel arrangements seems a bit much? Almost £50 for 3 people?

@AvantiWestCoast hello! Trying to book a train ticket for 21st of march L. Euston Manchester but your website doesn't let me and Trainline say timetable not available. Is this normal? When will I be able to book?

@Pechnet 100% agree. Our SEO team was 100% female for quite a while, and still is 80%female... but now HoD is male. Wonder why generally we (female SEOS) end up growing into other areas not so focussed on tech SEO.

@ChilyBoom Hard to hire senior people more diverse but you can invest in the right technical talent at a more junior level. That's how it happened for the current lead of the team.
