Looks like we ripped up from David Bailey buying his 750 million stack similar to Saylor amounts. Problem is Saylor isn't buying anymore so we'll see if this ATH break is real. The mnav isn’t going back up. People realized how dumb it was when btc hit a new ATH and MSTR didn’t. You’re logic is flawed that the MNAV going up to 2.5 is doable and the new products like STRC only leave higher cash obligations for a company only up 50% on an asset they bought $70 billion of

So basically the main announcement was that they are not planning to use the ATM on $MSTR below 2.5x mNAV This implies that there will be less buying power for $BTC in the short-term, given the fact that most of their purchases usually come from the ATM Saylor is telling the market that he thinks MSTR is mispriced and that it should re-rate to 2.5x mNAV As a reference, the mNAV has been floating around 2x in 2025, and even lower (1.8x) lately. So his 2.5x realistic ? Yes, definitely. But will the market give it ? That's obviously not guaranteed. I don't like the fact that he reduces optionality by not allowing himself to tap the ATM below 2.5x mNAV. Using the ATM on the common is what enables the company to scale and reduce the leverage ratio, so I don't know what his plan will be if the mNAV does not reprice higher. The main focus for Saylor will now be to raise awareness around his preferred products and how attractive they are. I think the preferred shares are definitely under-valued right now, and are offering interesting risk-adjusted returns (on $STRK and $STRF especially). Saylor said that the $STRC IPO was their iPhone moment, so I imagine that they saw a very meaningful demand coming for that product. Not too surprising vs other prefs given the fact that it's an easier product ("9% APR stablecoin with monthly payments") to grasp. Let’s see how it all unfolds.
