@OoTheNigerian I worked at Microsoft and Andela and was told at Moniepoint that I'm way over budget. This was after taking a massive pay cut after my Microsoft layoff.
Tosin and co don't want to pay the requisite cost for senior talent but choose to complain.

Second cohort of @risevest Academy is still on course. Expanded into design, front end and back end. We increased the cohort size from 30 to 80 people and the lessons are ongoing.
All fellows of the academy are on a full year stipend, and weekly learning with assignments. And it's completely without any strings attached.
Let nobody tell me that we never contributed to talent development in this ecosystem.

- Worst win rate of any Man Utd manager in PL history by a long way.
- Called out the academy, and ignored Mainoo
- Refused to adapt despite awful performances & results
- Made Bruno F play as a deep midfielder, despite being the best 10 in the league.
- Misprofiled players, played half the team out of position because he refused to change from his system that finished 15th.
- Could not beat a 10 man Everton or West Ham at home despite one game a week and a fully fit squad.
- Lost to Grimsby. Spurs in the UEL final and almost went three months without a win in the PL.
- One win in our last five games.
Any other top club would of sacked Ruben Amorim months ago, but the bigger question is why was he even appointed if Ashworth and Wilcox had concerns over his back three?
Amorim failed, but INEOS failed even more.

U can't be offering someone over their $2000 and be offering someone here less than $500 because he's in Nigeria

One of the reasons I don’t argue this pay issues is bcos Nigerians will never agree . You can never earn the salary of someone in SF with you being in ibadan. There are so many factors to consider.

🚨 BREAKING: Manchester United have made a formal offer for Benjamin Sesko worth €85m, as BILD called. €75m fixed with €10m in add-ons. €5m easily achievable. Newcastle's offer slightly higher with a fixed fee of €80m, but #MUFC believe Sesko wants to join them.
